Senate approves Rettig to head Internal Revenue Service

The U.S. Senate on Wednesday confirmed President Donald Trump's choice of Beverly Hills, California, tax lawyer Charles Rettig to be commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, the federal agency that implements tax laws.
